Newcastle Chamber of Commerce needed full-day coverage of their annual business conference — but they also wanted a highlight reel ready to screen at the closing reception. That meant shooting, editing, and delivering a polished cut within hours, not days.
We ran a three-camera setup throughout the day: one locked on the main stage for keynote speakers, one roaming for audience reactions and b-roll, and a third covering breakout sessions and networking areas. Between sessions, we were pulling selects and building the edit in real time on a laptop backstage.
The same-day highlight reel was delivered and screened to 300+ delegates before the evening ended. The full conference film, including all keynote presentations and panel discussions, was delivered the following week. The Chamber has since booked us for every major event they run — the same-day edit has become a feature their delegates now expect.
