Each event is quoted to an agreed scope. The starting price is for event highlight work; your proposal will specify exactly what is included.

What types of events do you film?
Festivals, awards ceremonies, conferences, sports and community events, product launches and live performances in Newcastle and across the North East.
When will we receive the films?
Longer highlight films are normally delivered within 1–2 weeks. Next-day edits are available for selected briefs. We agree your delivery dates before filming.
Can we have vertical social clips?
Yes. Tell us which channels you use and we’ll include the required landscape, vertical or square outputs in your proposal.
Can you film more than one area?
Multi-camera and additional operator coverage can be planned around stages, audience activity and interviews. The crew and coverage are agreed as part of your quote.
What should we send with an enquiry?
Your event date, venue, approximate running times, audience and the films you need. If you haven’t decided on the outputs yet, tell us what you want to achieve.
