Four hours of coverage, one highlight film up to 90 seconds, one social edit up to 30 seconds and one 15-second edit.

Decide what the film needs to do before the first camera is set up. That determines the moments to capture, who to interview and which edits should be ready first.

Give partners a clear plan.
List sponsor names, signage, contributions and any agreed interview moments in advance. That keeps partner visibility purposeful and gives the editor clear context.
Choose deliverables before filming.
A highlight film, speaker clips, short social edits and a same-day screen version have different timings. We scope each output and its approval needs in the proposal.

What types of events do you film?
Festivals, awards ceremonies, conferences, sports and community events, product launches and live performances in Newcastle and across the North East.
What is included in the £550 event package?
Two hours of event coverage, one highlight reel and delivery within 14 days.
When will we receive the films?
The £550 highlight package is delivered within 14 days. For the £850 Event Content Package and larger briefs, we agree the delivery date in your proposal. Next-day edits are available for selected briefs.
Can we have vertical social clips?
Yes. Tell us which channels you use and we’ll include the required landscape, vertical or square outputs in your proposal.
Can you film more than one area?
Multi-camera and additional operator coverage can be planned around stages, audience activity and interviews. The crew and coverage are agreed as part of your quote.
What should we send with an enquiry?
Your event date, venue, approximate running times, audience and the films you need. If you haven’t decided on the outputs yet, tell us what you want to achieve.
